Owning how Chegg Skills shows up

At Chegg Skills, my role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, product, and partnerships. I’m not just focused on individual campaigns or pages, I’m responsible for how the story holds together across audiences, channels, and moments of decision.

From website strategy to go-to-market alignment, my work centers on creating clarity at scale: helping learners understand what’s possible, partners understand how we work together, and employers understand the value behind the programs.

Project Highlights

The Chegg Skills website is a core surface for how our brand, programs, and value come to life. My role spans the full lifecycle of that experience - from the transition away from Thinkful, through the Chegg Skills rebrand, to leading a full website redesign and ongoing optimization. The redesign required a late-stage shift to a partner-only model, which meant rethinking structure, messaging, and flows while keeping the launch on track.

I lead project management, content strategy and creation, cross-functional coordination, and quality assurance across the site. That includes aligning brand, product, growth, and partnerships; translating complex offerings into clear narratives; and ensuring the experience works for learners, partners, and prospective B2B customers alike.

The result is a site that scales with the business, supports multiple audiences, and evolves as Chegg Skills grows.

From product strategy to sales conversations

I support sales and go-to-market efforts by translating product strategy, learner outcomes, and market context into clear, usable narratives. Whether launching new programs or supporting ongoing sales conversations, my focus is on helping teams show up aligned, confident, and credible.

Rather than creating materials in isolation, I work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure messaging reflects real buyer needs and can flex across audiences, deal stages, and channels.

Social strategy & brand presence

I lead the strategy behind Chegg Skills’ LinkedIn channel, establishing content pillars and a repeatable framework for how we communicate. I partner with a freelance writer on post creation and design many of the reusable templates that keep the channel consistent and on-brand.

The result is a channel that feels cohesive, intentional, and scalable - without losing its human voice.
