At The C2 Group, I focused on how the agency showed up to the market across campaigns, content, systems, culture, and in-person moments. Beyond execution, I helped connect marketing and sales by shaping how we positioned our work in early discovery, pitches, and proposals.

My work spanned campaign planning, lead flow, website updates, conference presence, and social storytelling, with an emphasis on building clarity at scale. That included writing and ideating on sales materials grounded in discovery playbooks and real client needs. Whether refining internal marketing systems or representing the brand at events, the goal was always the same: create momentum, invite conversation, and make it easier for the right people to understand who we were and why it mattered.

Project Highlights

I led the development and design of C2’s WCAG checklists for code, content, and design, translating accessibility standards into practical, usable tools. These resources became globally downloaded assets, extending C2’s reach and credibility while helping teams and organizations operationalize accessibility in real work.

Social strategy & brand presence

I helped define and manage C2’s social media presence, developing reusable graphic templates and ensuring consistency across platforms.

Beyond promotion, social was a channel for culture: highlighting hiring needs, team outings, service projects, and day-to-day life at C2 so our external presence matched the internal experience.

I supported sales by writing and shaping collateral for complex, high-consideration offerings, including Continuous Support & Optimization (CSO), web accessibility training, Ektron and Episerve to Optimizely migrations, and eCommerce selections.

This work was grounded in early discovery conversations and playbooks, helping frame value clearly and meet prospects where they were.

Sales collateral & longform content for complex offerings

I partnered closely with subject-matter experts to produce blogs across a wide range of topics, from deep technical guidance to high-level strategic perspective.

While pieces were often published under SME bylines, I led the work behind the scenes: conducting interviews, synthesizing research, drafting content, and iterating based on feedback.

I also managed the content calendar, aligning cadence, themes, and topics so individual posts worked together cohesively.

I supported C2’s event presence by shaping how we showed up before, during, and around conferences. That work included helping define topics and narratives, developing supporting materials, and creating moments that invited conversation and curiosity.

In some cases, I led on-site presence and engagement; in others, I worked behind the scenes to ensure the experience felt cohesive, intentional, and aligned with the broader story we were telling.
