Steelcase - Mockup EXPerience Team
(2017-2018)
Who knew office furniture could be so strategic?
I supported enterprise sales teams by pairing experiential mockups with competitive insight and operational rigor. I helped manage an internal competitive database of 100+ products, analyzed win/loss feedback from mockup experiences, and supported the execution of 10+ workspaces designed to influence major deals. The experience shaped how I think about buyer experience, differentiation, and the behind-the-scenes systems that make both work.
Ocean Spray Cranberries - NSAC
(2017-2018)
As part of the National Student Advertising Competition, I worked on a full-funnel campaign for Ocean Spray Cranberries from audience research to creative strategy to media planning. The experience mirrored agency work in pace and pressure, requiring sharp insight, strong positioning, and cohesive execution across channels.
Serving as Creative Copywriter & Graphic Designer, I helped translate strategy into messaging and creative that could hold up in a competitive, real-world setting. Our team placed 3rd out of 20 teams at Districts, competing against universities nationwide.
The Bloom Group

The Bloom Group is a student-run creative agency at Grand Valley State University, where I worked on branding and marketing engagements for regional and national clients. The role emphasized collaboration, client communication, and balancing creative ambition with real constraints — an early foundation for how I approach marketing work today.
Over the year, I supported projects for clients including Nutrilite by Amway, Open Systems Technologies, and Grand Valley State University, contributing to creative strategy, copywriting, and visual execution.
